Radius Engineering Solutions has developed a special purpose CNC gun drilling machine for manufacturing pellet extruding dies. The drill machine offers drill diameter in the range of 1.6 mm to 12 mm and drilling depths up to 150 mm.

- CNC control system with programmable feed rate, drilling depth and process monitoring.
- Servo motor and ball screw are used for the feed slides to enable programming of feed rates.
