Open House Sessions: Organised for the first time, the Open House Sessions stood out as powerful forums for unfiltered, solution-driven dialogue. In a session led by DCCIA, industry leaders unpacked the real-world logistics and material handling challenges facing Pune’s industrial ecosystem, highlighting the urgent need for integrated infrastructure and collaborative policy frameworks. Meanwhile, Coign Consulting’s session on the future of warehousing explored how fulfilment centres and dark stores must evolve through intelligent automation, adaptive design, and data-led efficiency.
CEO Roundtable: A high-powered closed-door session on ‘Warehousing & Logistics as Growth Engines’ where senior leadership exchanged actionable insights on infrastructure expansion, automation, policy reforms, and ESG integration in supply chains.
