Graphite-based forging lubricants: These are specially developed micronized graphite. They are specialty additives with high lubricity, releasing properties, assured consistency in die life, and per tonnage consumption. As per application and metallurgy, different grades of lubricant are available.
Non-graphite forging lubricants: These are developed from special high-performance polymers and are environment-friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous, smoke and smell eliminated specialty additives. They have high lubricity, excellent layer formation, and releasing properties.
Water-based PDC die coats: These are also high-performing, wax-free, paintable, silicon-based, synthetic, semisynthetic lubricants with the lowest emulsion cost and excellent surface finish.
